Rolfing Ten Series: Session VI

Aside from the stresses of having to clean up sick cat poop/pee/puke from all over the second bedroom this morning, I feel pretty good. We took Eleanor to the vet today because we woke up to a huge mess this morning. She still hasn't quite gotten the idea of using one of our two liter boxes, and has a few other things going on.

Otherwise, so yes, Rolfing. Today's session still focused on the core but this time the back part of the body. Session V basically focuses on how your legs sort of hang from your neck. Session VI worked towards drawing awareness to where your legs attach on the back of your body- the sacrum.

I definitely feel like I've got a new Ba'Donk'a'Donk walk after this session. I've got more breath in the back of my body now too. And since after the last session my arms actually move when I walk, it all feels like it's all starting to come together.
