Simple Gluten Free Baking Class at the Culinary School of the Rockies...

Today Jamie and I took a gluten free baking class at the Culinary School of the Rockies. They split us up into four groups and together we made gluten free breads, quiche, bagels, muffins, and cinnamon rolls. Everything turned out really tasty and we met some really great people. It was fun and we learned some stuff too!
